Sentences for Success

Zig Ziglar, the famous conference speaker and author,

is reputed to have said, “You can get everything you

want if you will help enough people get what they want.”

Similarly, Wallace Wattles, the author of The Science of

Getting Rich, wrote in that book, “You can have anything

you want, as long as you use it for the advancement of

your own life and the lives of others.”

These words are magic.  They are gold.  They are true. 

And they should become your motto for living.

What these two sentences tell us is that, in the end, life

is not about us.  Success is not about us, and if we spend

all our time and resources building ourselves up, we very

well might fail.  We might have a lot of money, but we

won’t have success.

To really understand these sentences means that we see

success through helping others.

There is another story in the Bible about a man who farmed,

and he built storage facilities for his crops.  One year, he

had a bumper crop, so he decided to build bigger and more

storage barns for his crops, so he could take some time off

and not have to farm crops anymore.  The very night he

made that decision, though, his life was taken from him.

I didn’t write about that story to suggest accumulating

money is wrong, or taking time off is wrong.  But it does

illustrate the point—in the Bible, the man’s life was taken

from him because of his selfishness.  He could have

shared his excess crops, but he decided to store

them up for himself.

It is so important to hear the words that opened this article.

Maybe you own a business.  If it’s a service-based

business, make adding value for your customers, and

helping them, your main focus.  Do this, and you’ll be

surprised at what happens!

Maybe you want to start a business that sells products. 

Don’t make “a million dollars” and “early retirement” you

sole goals.  Look for a need to fill and a quality product that

will fill that need.  Don’t just sell junk so you can make

money. Helping people like this will set you up for success.

Maybe you don’t own a business; maybe you are “just”

a person who is looking to become more successful in life. 

If you make the opening sentences of this article your

core purpose in life, you will be happier, have more friends,

and truly experience a lifetime of success.

Make your life’s mission to help other people achieve their

goals and dreams, and you will get what you want.  This is

really what successful living is all about.

Most People Don't Know How To Make Money!

Most people don't know how to make money because

they just know how to work for money.

This is a distinction between entrepreneurs/business owners

and workers/employees.

When someone goes to work everyday with a good

salary and job without a long-term financial purpose, they

are good at 'working for money', not making money.

Those who can make money are those people who can

make extra-ordinary income.

When I say make money, I don't mean printing it

at your kitchen table. That would be illegal.

Making money can exist in variable ways. One of the

ways is to build a business because it can make money

for you while you work on other income streams.

Recently, I've interviewed Paul Counsel about becoming

a millionaire. One of the profound information I had learned

during the one hour call is that, if you can do something

better than other human beings, you can make extra-

ordinary income.

It doesn't matter if you can play a better golf game,

hit a tennis ball faster, run faster, look better and etc.

If you think this is not true, just compare Michael

Jordan's income with any CEO.

Michael Jordan is one of the richest sports man alive

last time because of his extra-ordinary capability to

play basketball.

Short Success Tip:

How To Think Of Ideas In 5 Minutes

The easiest way for you to think of ideas is to

look at your environment and your past experiences.

When I wrote this newsletter, I have no clue what

to share with you. Then, I started to look back the

event that had happened to me a few days ago.

And I just got the idea to write today!

If you're still stuck, just look around you. You can

come up with ideas literally from anything you see.

Let's say, I want to write about 'Motivation'. So,

if I look around me in my house, I'll see:

table

chair

computer

aquarium

and etc

By looking at the aquarium, I can write a topic about

motivation just by observing the fishes!

Of course, I might write about that in my future

e-newsletter. But do you see what I mean on how to

create ideas easily?
